Where have you been?

I know that it may seem like we have been slacking, but that’s not really true. For the past year we have been working away in the studio. It has been a blast writing new jams – some of which have potential and some that will mostly likely not see the light of final mix. There is a recording of our latest track called Bare Branches that will be available shortly – as well as a few more after that.

On top of all that, we will be playing some shows – including Saturday the 22nd of October at Velour in Provo and Saturday the 28th in Salt Lake City at our home-base Counterpoint Studios. All are invited, so hit us up for details or check FB.

We are looking forward to a productive year of releasing music and playing shows.

Happy New Year!

Just wanted to let you know that we are still here. We think it’s about time we come out of hibernation mode and make some music. In the meantime, you can drop by the library and pick up the local compilation called Music at Main. We have a live version of the song Bare Branches on it. Anyway – didn’t want you think we’d forgotten about you. Happy New Year!

Summer Catch Up

Wow, I can’t believe that summer is almost over. We have been staying very busy. Just to catch everyone up. Gianni has now taken over the duties of synth and percussion, but don’t worry, we are excited to announce that the bass duties will be carried out now by Jeremy Chatelain. I realize that this post is a little late in announcing the addition to the band, as we are playing our third show with him this evening. But, better late than never I suppose. After the show tonight, we plan to work on writing some new material and maybe spending some time in the studio Also, Gianni has promised to get the mix of Bare Branches finished so we can post it.

Also, we spent a day with photographer Dave Newkirk. We are super excited about how they turned out. They should be up on the photos page soon.

Thank you to all the new friends we have made over the summer. The festivals, though very hot, were a blast! Looking forward to the cool weather.

Thank you Provo!

What a great night. We always have so much fun playing Velour. Provo sure knows how to rock. Thanks to Imagine Dragons, Links and the Velour staff for the love. We passed out a bunch of our new Nitelife download cards.

Don’t forget to join the Facebook page!

Quantcast

Thanks!

We had a great time at the Urban. It had been a couple of years since we last played there. Thank you to the friends that came out to support us, despite it being a Thursday night and the day after St. Patrick’s Day. We debuted a new track called Bare Branches that will are planning to record in the next couple of weeks.

Also, we are working on a bunch of merchandise right now (T-shirts, Stickers and new album fliers). And as you can see, the site is currently going through a makeover. Thanks to Chris Manfre for all the new design work.

Velour Tonight!

Hello Amsterdam on Circus Brown Show

The rumors are true. We will be playing some songs live on the Circus Brown show next Friday the 22nd. Tune in to KRCL at 8pm to hear us play some songs and maybe even do some talking and answering of questions.

We’re Heading to Provo

That’s right folks. We will be playing Velour on January 30th with Shark Speed and Mathematics Et Cetera. We are really looking forward to playing Provo again, as we have always had a great time. For you Salt Lake folks, we hope to play soon.

We Will Play Soon….We Promise!

So, we don’t officially have a show booked, our bad for jumping the gun. We have some things in the works, so stay tuned. Also, we have been working on a new track. We will be posting a video of the progress we have been making on it, as soon we get around to it.  After the holidays, for sure.
